Kristopher BRATHWAITE
Kris is a Sports and Conditioning Specialist and nutrition coach from Queens, NY. Kristopher has held jobs in the retail, banking and has also worked for the government. While all of these jobs have treated him well, none were quite fulfilling. As an athlete from childhood, Kris' competitive nature and love for the sports he played (baseball, bowling, football) has been the driving force in his passion for fitness. He stands by the motto ADAPT and OVERCOME. Facing many uphill battles in life and fitness, Kris noticed one common denominator in all of these trials: the need to get back up and keep fighting for what he desires most. He has since carried that over into his training and inspires his clients through his words and more importantly actions. After spending hours researching and experimenting with different techniques, Kris' functional movement approach to training with the use of his different methods has enabled him to transform his body. These methods have also helped his clients change their outlook on fitness and ultimately achieve their goals of losing weight and building lean muscle.
